摘要 大数据时代,教师自身能力提升的路径和教学资源获取的渠道拓宽了,教师能够通过数据素养的提升来实现特色化教学,从而在促进学生个性化发展的同时,促进教学目标的实现。从大数据环境下高校教师数据素养提升意义入手,对教师数据素养养成的重要作用展开分析,并就目前大数据环境下高校教师数据素养的培育现状进行了探究,提出了高校教师数据素养提升的具体路径。 The arrival of large data age greatly broadens the path of teacher's ability to enhance and the acquisition of teaching resources, and can realize the characteristic teaching in large data environment through the improvement of teachers" data literacy, so as to promote the students" personal development At the same time, to promote the realization of teaching objectives. Based on this, the paper starts from the significance of the data literacy of college teachers in the large data environment, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the important role of teachers" data literacy. And to explore the status quo of the cultivation of university teachers "data literacy under the current large data environment, so as to make a comprehensive understanding and mastery of teachers" data literacy cultivation. So as to lay a good foundation for the selection and formulation of the upgrading of the data literacy of university teachers.
