摘要
通过对某高校教学质量监控实践所做总结和分析发现,教师教学中存在教学方案的设计能力有余实施能力不足,欠缺对教学内容的驾驭能力,缺乏对整体教学活动的调控能力等问题。基于社会认知理论视角下进行分析,教师通过示范课的准备环节、实施环节和研讨环节能够逐步提升其教学能力,最终形成独有的教学风格。
Through the summary and analysis of the teaching quality control in some college, the paper finds some teaching problems: the design ability of the teaching plan is more than enough, but the implementation ability is insufficient; the lack of the ability to control the teaching content and the overall teaching activities etc. Based on the analysis of this, the article points that the preparation, implementation and discussion /inks for demonstration course can gradually improves their teaching ability, and eventually form a unique teaching style.
