建筑业细分产业分类体系研究

Research on Classification System of Construction Subdivisional Industry

文章将联合国《国际标准产业分类》(ISIC Rev4.0)与我国《国民经济行业分类》(GB/T 4754-2011)中的建筑相关产业体系进行对比,并对联合国《产品总分类》(CPC Ver2.1)与我国《全国主要产品分类与代码》(GB/T 7635.2-2002)建筑相关产品体系进行分析。依据工程全寿命期思想,结合我国建筑业产业结构现状,构建出建筑业细分产业分类体系。

This paper makes comparisons between the construction-related industry system in the United Nations＇ International Standard of Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities （ISIC Rev4.0） and that of China＇ s Industrial Classification for National Economic Activities （GB/T 4754-2011）, and makes an analysis on the construction-related product system in the United Nations＇ Central Product Classification （CPC Ver2.1） and National Central Product Classification and Code （GB/T 7635.2-2002）. According to the idea of engineering life cycle, the paper also combines with the current situation of China＇ s construction industrial structure to establish the classification system of construction subdivisional industry.
