摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术中不同黏度骨水泥对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者的疗效及渗漏率。方法选取该院96例OVCF患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例),观察组给予高黏度骨水泥治疗,对照组给予低黏度骨水泥治疗。比较两组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(ODI)评分、生活质量评价量表SF-36评分,以及骨水泥渗漏率、伤椎恢复高度、术后肺栓塞发生率。结果两组患者术后VAS评分和ODI评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者术后SF-36评分较术前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组升高更为明显(P<0.05);观察组患者术后伤椎高度恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后骨水泥渗漏率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后肺栓塞发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高黏度骨水泥经皮椎体形成术治疗OVCF患者的疗效好,骨水泥渗漏率低,适合临床推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect and leakage rate of percutaneous vertebroplasty by different viscosities of bone cement in the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods Ninety-six cases of OVCF treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).The observation group was given high viscosity bone cement and the control group was given low viscosity bone cement.The VAS scores,ODI scores,SF-36 scores,bone cement leakage rates,injured vertebral recovered height and incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary embolism were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score and ODI score after operation in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before operation(P0.05),moreover the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P0.05).The SF-36 score after operation in the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before operation(P0.05),moreover the increase in the the observation group was more significant(P0.05).The recovery of injured vertebral height in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).The bone cement leakage rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary embolism between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity bone cement in treating OVCF has good effect with low bone leakage rate and is suitable for clinical promotion.
