摘要
近些年,国内大型机场项目建设屡见不鲜,其中不乏一些优秀的机场建筑案例。但由于机场建筑项目规模庞大、流程复杂,在传统模式的建设过程中往往会出现效率低下、成本高昂、施工难度大等不尽人意之处,然而BIM技术的出现可以在很大程度上解决上述问题。文章以青岛胶东国际机场T1航站楼项目为例,从规划布局、空间形态、技术专项等方面阐述了BIM技术在机场航站楼建筑全生命周期中设计、施工阶段的具体应用。BIM技术的深度应用与分析,使得航站楼布局更加合理,并且提高了设计品质,降低了施工成本,同时,更加符合业主的要求——将青岛胶东国际机场打造成高效、海洋、绿色的高品质机场。
In recent years,the domestic large-scale airport project construction is not uncommon,many of them excellent airport construction case.However,due to the large scale of the airport construction project,the process is complex,the traditional mode of construction process is often inefficient,costly,difficult construction and other unsatisfactory,but the emergence of BIM technology can solve the problem to a large extent.This paper expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in the design and construction phase of the whole life cycle of airport terminal building from the aspects of planning layout,spatial form and special technology,taking the Qingdao terminal station project of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport as an example.BIM technology in the depth of application and analysis,making the layout of the terminal more reasonable and improve the design quality and reduce construction costs,while more in line with the requirements of the owners-Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport to create efficient,marine,green high quality airport.
