哈尔滨靖宇街商业区交通分析及改善方案

TRAFFIC ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT SCHEME OF JINGYU STREET COMMERCIAL AREA IN HARBIN

哈尔滨靖宇商业街区是道外区最繁华的商业街和中心街道,为了对其交通现状进行改善,研究总结靖宇商业街区可能存在的交通问题,并针对现状问题采用经验法建立了网络形式、交通功能、经济指标、运营效果和城市发展5个方面、19项指标的指标体系,通过层次分析—模糊综合评判建立评语集,对现状交通的各个方面进行评价。根据研究结构提出相应的交通改善策略,包括改善路网、优化公交系统、加强智能诱导和建立慢行系统等,以期推动靖宇街区的复兴与繁荣。

Jingyu Commercial District in Harbin is the most prosperous commercial street and central street in Daowai District.In order to improve its traffic situation,the study summarizes the traffic problems that may exist in Jingyu Commercial District.The empirical method is used to establish the index system in the following five aspects and with nineteen indicators including network types,traffic functions,economic indicators,operational effects and urban development.By the hierarchy analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the assessment sets are established and the current status of the various aspects of traffic is evaluated.According to the research structure,it proposes the corresponding traffic improvement strategies,which include improvement of the road network,optimization of the bus system,strengthening of intelligent induction and establishment the slow-moving system,in order to promote revival and prosperity of Jingyu Commercial District.
