摘要
城市视觉空间的分析技术一直是城市设计中评价城市空间质量的主要手段之一,其结果是控制与调整城市空间形态布局的技术依据。然而传统的视觉分析大多基于一种经验的判断,缺乏客观科学的评价工具。近年来,以色列学者费舍·吉沃斯曼致力于对视觉量化分析技术的理论研究与实践,提出了空间开敞度指标、视觉开敞度分析模型和视觉曝光度分析模型等视觉分析的概念、技术,并将其应用于工程实践。本文通过对这项分析技术的介绍,期望能引起同行对空间视觉分析技术的关注和探索,为塑造高质量的城市空间发挥积极作用。
The analysis techniques of urban visual space have been one of the main means to evaluate the urban spatial quality in urban design creation, and its result will be the technical basis for controlling and adjusting the spatial layout of urban space. However, traditional visual analysis is based on an empirical judgment and lack of objective evaluation tools. In recent years, the Israeli Scholar Dafna Fisher Gewirtzman has devoted herself to the theoretical research and practice of visual quantification analysis techniques and puts forward the concepts of SOI, Visual Openness Analysis Model and Visual Exposure Analysis Model, and applies them to project practice. Through the introduction of these techniques, the paper is aimed to attract domestic researchers on exploration of the space visual analysis technology, so as to play a positive role in shaping high quality urban space.
