绿狐尾藻粉对芦花鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及肌肉氨基酸含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加绿狐尾藻粉对芦花鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及肌肉氨基酸含量的影响。选取30日龄健康芦花鸡240只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加7%和12%绿狐尾藻粉,试验期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,在30~44日龄和59~72日龄,试验组芦花鸡的生长性能未发生明显改变(P>0.05),但在45~58日龄,7%绿狐尾藻粉组芦花鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),且有提高全期芦花鸡平均日增重的趋势(P=0.086);12%绿狐尾藻粉组芦花鸡的血清白蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),7%绿狐尾藻粉组芦花鸡的血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);7%绿狐尾藻粉组芦花鸡胸肌中天冬氨酸与鲜味氨基酸含量分别提高了6.81%和3.83%(P<0.05),腿肌中丙氨酸、精氨酸与鲜味氨基酸含量分别提高了14.30%、20.92%和10.00%(P<0.05),12%绿狐尾藻粉组芦花鸡腿肌中赖氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加绿狐尾藻粉对30~72日龄芦花鸡的生长性能影响不明显,但添加7%绿狐尾藻粉可以改善芦花鸡的血清生化指标,并可增加肌肉鲜味氨基酸含量。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary Myriophyllum elatinoides meals ongrowth performance, slaughter performance, serum biochemical parameters and muscle amino acids of barred plymouthrock chickens. Two hundred forty 30 -day -old healthy barred plymouth rock chickens with similar body weight wererandomly allocated into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate. The control groupwas fed basal diet, and experimental groups were supplemented with 7% and 12% Myriophyllum elatinoides meals.The experiment lasted for 42 days. (result)The results showed as follows: Compared with the control group, the growthperformance of barred plymouth rock chickens at 30 - 44 days and 59 - 72 days old in the test group (P〉0.05), but atthe 45 - 58 days of age, dietary supplied with 7% Myriophyllum elatinoides meals significantly increased ADFI andADG (P〈0.05), and tend to improve ADG of barred plymouth rock chickens in the whole period (P=0.086). Adding 12%Myriophyllum elatinoides meals into the barred plymouth rock chickens diet significantly reduced the content of bloodalbumin (P 〈0.05), adding 7% Myriophyllum elatinoides meals into the barred plymouth rock chickens diet significantlyreduced GPT activity (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, aspartic acid and flavor amino acid content in the chestmuscle increased by 6.81% and 3.83% (P〈0.05), and alanine, arginine and umami amino acids in leg muscle increased by14.30%, 20.92% and 10% (P〈0.05) in 7% group, the lysine content in leg muscle significantly reduce in 12% group (P 〈0.05). Overall, dietary supplemented with Myriophyllum elatinoides meals has no obvious effect on growth performancein barred plymouth rock chickens at 30 - 72 days old. But adding 7% Myriophyllum elatinoides meals into the barredplymouth rock chickens diets could improve the blood biochemical index, and increase flavor amino acid content of themuscle.
