摘要
为了调查贵阳市猪、鸡及环境中的大肠杆菌的耐药情况,从贵阳市花溪区、乌当区等7个县区采集了猪、鸡肛门拭子及排污口处的粪便,共420份样品,分离鉴定出300株大肠杆菌,应用琼脂稀释法测定其对10种常用抗菌药物的MIC值,并统计抗菌药物的平均耐药倍数、敏感率、耐药率等。结果表明:大肠杆菌对10种药物的耐药率整体偏高,除庆大霉素接近50%外,土霉素和氟苯尼考超过80%,链霉素、头孢噻呋、阿莫西林和磺胺嘧啶超过70%,恩诺沙星和环丙沙星超过60%。300株分离菌均多重耐药菌株,主要集中在5~10耐之间。结果表明贵阳市猪、鸡源大肠杆菌的耐药较严重。
To investigate the antibiotic resistance of E. Coli isolated from swine, chicken and environment in Guiyang City, 420 feces samples were collected and 300 E. Coli strains were isolated and identified. The MIC values of the 300 E. Coli strains to 10 antibiotics were measured with the method of solid agar dilution. The Mean drug resistance multiple, antibiotic sensitive rate, antibiotic resistance rate of the 300 E. Coli strains were also analyzed. The results showed that the resistance levels of all strains to 10 antibiotics were quite high. Except the resistance rates to gentamicin, which was about 50%, the resistance rates of the 300 isolated strains to oxytetracycline and florfenicol were over 80%, to streptomycin, eeftiofur, amoxicillin and sulfadiazinc were over 70%, toenrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were over 60% ,. All of the 300 E. Coli strains were multiple-antibiotic-resistant, which mainly concentrated in 5-10 resistance. The resistance situation of E. Coli isolated from swine, chicken and environment in Guiyang City was considerable serious .
