摘要
本文以东北红豆杉幼苗为试验材料,研究幼苗的光合生理特性。结果表明,随着苗龄的升高,幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均表现出增大的趋势,而胞间CO_2浓度表现出减小的趋势。不同年龄幼苗的光合指标间存在显著性或极显著性差异。5年生东北红豆杉幼苗的光合参数强于3年生和4年生幼苗。
This paper studied the photosynthetic characteristics in seedlings used seedlings at different ages of Taxus cuspidata as experimental materials. The results showed that with the age increasing,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate showed a increasing trend,while the intercellular CO2 concentration showed a decreasing trend. There were significant or extremely significant differences in photosynthetic indexes between different ages. The photosynthetic parameters of 5 year old seedlings were stronger than the seedling of 3 year old and 4 years old.
