摘要
以对硝基甲苯为原料 ,以四氯化碳为溶剂 ,经氯化合成了4 -硝基甲苯 -2 -磺酰氯。在反应后期加入氯化铵 ,用正交实验确定了最佳原料配比 :n(对硝基甲苯)∶n(氯磺酸)∶n(氯化铵)=1.00∶3.50∶0.04。改进后 ,产品的收率在85 %以上 ,溶剂回收率在95 %以上。本工艺原料利用率高 。
Nitroluene-2-sulfonyl chloride was synthesized with p-nitrotoluene as raw material.In the reaction of chlorosulfonation carbon tetrachloride was used as solvent,adding the ammonium chloride in later stage reaction.The optimal molar ratio of reactants was p-nitrotoluenen chlorosulfonic acid∶ammouium chloride=1.00∶3.50∶0.04.The yield of product was over 85%,and the recovery of solvent was over 95%.In this improved technology,utilization ratio of raw material is higher,and waste material is lower.
