吸烟及不吸烟飞行员血脂水平及血压水平的对照试验

A Controlled Trial of Blood Lipid Levels and Blood Pressure Levels in Smokers and Non-smoking Pilots

目的比较吸烟与不吸烟飞行员在血脂水平及血压水平的差异。方法选取105例飞行员,根据吸烟与否分为吸烟组(n=60)与不吸烟组(n=45)。检测两组的总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂指标、收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)。结果两组LDL-C、HDL-C、SBP、DBP对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸烟组的TC与TG分别为(4.8±1.0)mmol/L、(1.8±0.8)mmol/L,高于不吸烟组的(4.4±0.9)mmol/L、(1.3±0.7)mmol/L,组间数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟组中,不同年龄层患者HDL-C、SBP、DBP对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但51~60岁年龄段飞行员的TC、TG、LDL-C高于40~50岁年龄段飞行员,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸烟对飞行员血脂及血压均有不利影响,吸烟飞行员的血脂、血压指标存在不同程度异常,需引起临床重视。

Objective To compare smoking and non-smoking pilots in the blood lipid levels and differences in blood pressure levels. Methods 105 pilots were divided into smoking group （n=60） and non-smoking group （n=45） according to smoking. Total cholesterol was detected in two groups （TC）, total triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and blood lipid index, systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP）. Results The difference of LDL-C, HDL-C, SBP and DBP between the two groups was not statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. The TC and TG in smoking group were （4.8±1.0） mmol/L, （1.8±0.8） mmol/L, which were higher than non-smoking group （4.4±0.9） mmol/L, （1.3±0.7） mmol/L, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the smoking group, there were no signifcant differences in HDL-C, SBP and DBP between different age groups （P 〉 0.05）. However, the TC, TG and LDL-C of pilots aged 51 ~ 60 years were higher than those of pilots aged 40 ~ 50 years, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Smoking has adverse effects on the blood pressure and blood pressure of pilots. The blood pressure and blood pressure indexes of smokers are abnormal in different degrees, so they should be paid more attention.
