消毒供应中心护理本科毕业生工作体验的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on the Work Experience of Nursing Undergraduates in Disinfection and Supply Center

目的充分了解消毒供应中心护理本科毕业生的工作状况,为提高消毒供应中心的工作质量提供借鉴。方法运用质性研究中现象学研究的方法,采用面对面的深入访谈法,对在福州地区三甲医院消毒供应中心工作的10名护理本科毕业生进行面对面、半结构式深入访谈,访谈后运用现象学资料七步分析法对所收集资料进行分析。结果研究分析出7个主题,分别是工作量多且重;外界对消毒供应中心的评价不高,职业认同感欠缺;感觉自己像流水线工人一样的工作;工作技术含量低;学习、深造机会少;对自己的前途感到迷茫;贵重精密仪器量多,处理时责任大,压力大。结论各医院可通过岗位分析、加强业务培训、做好职业生涯规划、优化工作流程等措施来改善护理本科生的工作情况及心理状态。

Objective To fully understand the working status of nursing undergraduates in disinfection supply center, and to provide reference for improving the quality of disinfection supply center. Methods The phenomenological approach of qualitative research had been adopted for face-to-face, semi-structured and in-depth interviews regarding 10 nursing undergraduates working at the sterilization supply centers of Grade A Class 3 Hospital of Fuzhou. Afterward, a seven-step analysis was conducted for data collection. Results 7 themes were gained through research and analysis Heavy workloads. Lack of external recognition for the sterilization supply centers, and the professional self-identity has been missing. The feeling of working as assembly line workers. Low technical content. Limited opportunities for further studies. Confused about future careers. Huge responsibilities and mounting pressures in handling expensive and precision instruments. Conclusion The hospital can improve the nursing work and psychological status of nursing undergraduates through job analysis, strengthening business training, doing career planning, optimizing work fow and so on.
