妇科手术中泌尿系损伤的诊断与防治分析

Diagnosis and Prevention of Urinary Tract Injury in Gynecological Surgery

目的对妇科手术中泌尿系损伤的诊断与防治进行探究与分析。方法抽选2010年1月—2016年12月本院收治的妇科手术患者14 465例作为研究对象,对上述患者的泌尿系统损伤原因、部位、诊断、防治等进行分析。结果研究发现膀胱系统损伤概率与输尿管系统损伤概率分别为0.06%与0.01%。结论泌尿系统损伤概率伴随着妇科手术的开展明显提升,术中应当正确操作,若有损伤出现应当给予明确的诊断并进行及时有效的处理。

Objective To explore and analyze the diagnosis and prevention of urinary tract injury in gynecological surgery. Methods 14 465 cases of gynecological surgery were selected from January 2010 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object. The cause, location, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the urinary system injury were analyzed. Results The probability of damage to the bladder system and the probability of ureteral injury were 0.06% and 0.01% respectively. Conclusion The probability of urinary system injury is obviously improved with the gynecological operation. The operation should be performed correctly. If there is injury, it should be given clear diagnosis and timely and effective treatment.
