奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗26例脑梗死的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Sodium Ozagrel Combined With Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of 26 Cases of Cerebral Infarction

目的对脑梗死患者采取奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗的效果进行观察和分析。方法选取2010年2月—2011年2月我院收治的脑梗死患者52例,随机分成对照组(26例)和研究组(26例),对照组采取低分子肝素钙进行治疗,研究组在此基础上联合奥扎格雷进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的76.92%,且在不良反应方面,研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗死,取得理想治疗效果,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 52 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group （26 cases） and study group （26 cases）. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium. The study group was treated with sodium ozagrel on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.15%, higher than 76.92% in the control group. And in adverse reactions, the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment, sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction, with less adverse reactions.
