摘要
目的探讨舒肝解毒汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法回顾性分析收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者112例临床资料,分为对照组和观察组,各56例,对照组采取常规护肝治疗,观察组采取舒肝解毒汤治疗,对比两组乙肝病毒标记物转阴率和证候积分情况。结果观察组的HBe Ag转阴率(46.43%)高于对照组(23.21%)(P<0.05);观察组证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎采取舒肝解毒汤治疗效果显著,安全可靠,无明显不良反应及毒副作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods The clinical data of 112 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital were retrospective analyzed, and were divided into the control group and observation group, 56 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional liver treatment, the observation group was given Shugan Jiedu Tang treatment, the negative conversion rate and syndrome integral of HBV markers in the two groups were compared. Results The negative rate of HBeAg in the observation group （46.43%） was higher than that in the control group （23.21%） （P 〈 0.05）, and the score of syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On chronic hepatitis B to take Shugan detoxification soup treatment effect is significant, safe and reliable, no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
