中药配方颗粒与传统饮片的应用分析

目的对中药配方颗粒与传统饮片的应用进行分析,探讨中药调剂方法的改善与优化。方法从我院药品信息管理系统中抽取中药饮片与中药配方颗粒的使用数据对比分析。选择150例患者与8名院内工作人员,采取问卷调查方式对其选择调剂方式进行统计。对比患者、院内工作人员在中药饮片与中药配方颗粒选择上的差异。结果中药配方颗粒相较于传统中药饮片更容易被院内工作人员与在院治疗的患者所接受。结论在临床治疗时,中药配方颗粒相较于传统中药饮片具有明显优势,充分发挥好中药优势。

Objective To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing granule and traditional decoction, and to discuss the improvement and optimization of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing method. Methods The data of Chinese herbal decoction and Chinese medicine formula granule were compared and analyzed from our hospital＇s drug information management system. The staff of 150 patients and 8 hospital were selected, taking the questionnaire statistics on the selection methods of dispensing. The difference between the choice of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese medicine dispensing granule in patients and hospital staff was compared. Results Compared with the traditional Chinese herbal medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine granules were more easily accepted by the hospital staff and the patients treated in the hospital. Conclusion In the clinical treatment, the Chinese medicine formula granule has obvious advantages compared with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and gives full play to the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine.
