保妇康栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

Clinical Study on Baofukang Suppository in Treatment of Colpitis Mycotica

目的探析保妇康栓在治疗霉菌性阴道炎中的疗效。方法选取我院门诊部于2015年8月—2016年8月接收的霉菌性阴道炎患者74例,按照随机数字分组的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组应用克霉唑栓治疗,观察组应用保妇康栓治疗,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组患者外阴瘙痒及灼痛感消失时间、阴道分泌物恢复正常时间、阴道充血或糜烂消失时间、治疗总有效率均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者应用保妇康栓治疗,所得效果较好。

Objective To study the effect of Baofukang suppository in treatment of Colpitis mycotica. Methods 74 patients with colpitis mycotica who were treated in hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were studied and separated them into control group and study group with 37 patients in each group according to randomly digits. Patients in control group were given Clotrimazole suppository treatment, while patients in study group were given Baofukang suppository treatment, and then treatment effects between two groups were compared. Results Patients’ symptomsdisappeared time of genital itching and pain, vaginal discharge returned tonormal time, vaginal congestion or erosion disappeared time and the totaleffective rate of the therapy in study group were impossibly better thancounterparts in the control group, there were effciency differentials betweentwo groups and such differentialshad statistic value （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionBaofukang suppository in treatment of Colpitis mycotica is effective.
