健脾舒肝化湿汤治疗胃溃疡合并慢性肥厚性胃炎的效果探讨

Study on Jianpi Shugan Huashi Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer and Chronic Hypertrophic Gastritis

目的分析健脾舒肝化湿汤治疗胃溃疡合并慢性肥厚性胃炎的临床效果。方法将70例来我院治疗的胃溃疡合并慢性肥厚性胃炎患者分成两组,对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用健脾舒肝化湿汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的治疗有效率及不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论健脾舒肝化湿汤治疗胃溃疡合并慢性肥厚性胃炎不仅疗效好,而且安全可靠,无副作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Shugan Huashi decoction in treating dampness combined with chronic hypertrophic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 70 patients with peptic ulcer and chronic hypertrophic gastritis treated in our hospital were divided into two groups. The c was treated with ontrol group western medicine, the study group was treated with Jianpi Huashi Decoction in treatment of liver. The treatment effect and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effciency and adverse reaction rate of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Jianpi Shugan dampness Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer and chronic hypertrophic gastritis has good curative effect, is safe and reliable, had no side effect.
