摘要
目的研究阿托伐他汀联合血栓通注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法采集2016年10月—2017年5月缺血性脑卒中患者血液标本76例,将患者根据治疗方案分为阿托伐他汀治疗组和阿托伐他汀联合血栓通治疗组,其中阿托伐他汀治疗组30例,阿托伐他汀联合血栓通治疗组46例,比较各组的治疗效果,检测治疗前后各组患者血清中血清脑钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平变化。结果阿托伐他汀组经过2周治疗后的总有效率为83.33%,阿托伐他汀联合血栓通治疗组经过2周治疗后的总有效率为89.13%。阿托伐他汀组患者治疗后血清中BNP、CRP、NSE水平高于联合用药组。结论阿托伐他汀联合血栓通注射液可以有效提高患者治愈率。
Objective To study the effect of Atorvastatin combined Xueshuantong injection in ischemic stroke patients. Methods 76 cases of ischemic stroke patients from October 2016 to May 2017 were collected, and patients were divided into atorvastatin group（30 cases） and Atorvastatin combined Xueshuantong group （46 cases） according to treatment. Treatment effect were compared by testing brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, c-reactive protein （CRP） and neuron specific enolization enzyme （NSE）. Results The total effective rate of atorvastatin group was 83.33% after 2 weeks treatment, and the total effective rate of Atorvastatin combined XueShuanTong group was 89.13% after 2 weeks treatment. The levels of BNP, CRP, and NSE in Atorvastatin combined XueShuanTong group were signifcantly higher than atorvastatin group. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined thrombus injection can effectively improve the cure rate.
