B超应用于诊断肝胆管细胞癌的价值

The Value of B Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Hepatobiliary Cell Carcinoma

目的分析研究肝胆管细胞癌采取B超进行诊断的具体方法以及诊断价值,为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月—2017年1月所收治的肝胆管细胞癌患者资料50例,所选取的50例患者全部接受手术或是活检病理得到证实,总结50例患者的声像图和血流特点。结果依照声像图特点将50例患者分为三类:囊肿型5例,局限型40例,胆管型5例,患者的声像图大部分表现为强回声,边界不清,外形不规则,其中8例患者的声像图表现为典型蝴蝶征,20例患者的门静脉受侵。结论针对肝胆管细胞癌采取B超进行诊断在临床中具有非常重要的应用价值,可以为早期诊断和制定治疗方案提供可靠的依据。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the diagnostic methods and diagnostic value of B ultrasonography in hepatobiliary cell carcinoma, so as to provide reliable evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of the clinical diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 within the data of patients with hepatobiliary carcinoma was conducted, 50 cases of all selected patients undergoing surgery or biopsy were confirmed, 50 cases of patients with ultrasound and blood fow characteristics were summarized. Results According to the sonographic features of 50 patients were divided into three types 5 cases of cyst type and limited type in 40 cases, 5 cases of bile duct type, most of the patients with ultrasonography showed strong echo, unclear boundary, irregular shape, the sonogram of 8 cases showed typical butterfly syndrome, 20 cases of portal vein patients with invasion. Conclusion The diagnosis of hepatobiliary cell carcinoma with B ultrasound is of great value in clinical practice. It can provide reliable evidence for early diagnosis and treatment.
