普外科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防护理

Prevention and Nursing Care of Patients With Deep Vein Thrombosis After Operation in Department of General Surgery

目的探讨普通外科患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防护理措施。方法对2013年3月—2015年3月我院收治的普通外科患者184例,随机分为两组,即实验组和对照组,各92例。对两组患者出现血栓和护理工作满意度进行对比。结果对照组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为15.2%,实验组患者为2.17%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理工作的满意度为96.7%,对照组为84.7%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对普通外科患者实施预防护理干预后,其并发症发生率降低,预防性护理干预可以有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing measures of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in general surgery patients. Methods 184 patients with general surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from March 2013 to March 2015, the experimental group and the control group, with 92 patients in each group. The thrombus and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The control group of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis occurred in 15.2%, patients in the experimental group was 2.17%, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; patients in the experimental group of nursing satisfaction was 96.7%, 84.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the general surgery patients who are given prevent nursing intervention, the incidence of complications decreased signifcantly, preventive nursing intervention can effectively reduce complications.
