摘要
目的分析优化护理服务流程在门急诊输液室中的实施价值。方法选取我院2014年1月—2015年1月门急诊输液室护理服务流程还未优化时的130例患者资料作为对照组;选取我院2015年2月—2016年2月已经实施了门急诊输液室护理服务流程优化后的130例患者资料作为观察组。比较两组患者的满意度以及输液的安全性。结果观察组患者满意度为95.38%,优于对照组患者满意度的77.69%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化门急诊输液室护理服务流程,能够有效地保证门急诊患者就医质量,改善护患关系,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To analyze and optimize the value of nursing service process in transfusion room. Methods 130 patients in the nursing service process of 1 month from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the control group. from February 2015 to February 2016, we have implemented the data of 130 patients who have been optimized in the nursing service process of the emergency department. The satisfaction of the two groups and the safety of the transfusion were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.38%, which was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05) (77.69%). Conclusion Optimizing the nursing service flow in the outpatient and emergency transfusion room can effectively ensure the quality of medical care and improve the relationship between nurses and patients in outpatient and emergency departments, and has a higher clinical value.
