摘要
目的探究结直肠癌患者接受护理干预对其术后生活质量以及睡眠情况的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2017年3月结直肠癌患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组中实施常规护理,实验组中实施护理干预,对比两组结直肠癌患者干预后生活质量以及睡眠质量的差异性。结果实验组结直肠癌患者干预后的生活质量、睡眠质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者接受护理干预,能够有效促进其生活质量的提高,改善其睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventionon the quality of life and the sleep status of patients with colorectalcancer. Methods 120 patients with colorectal cancer were selected fromJuly 2016 to March 2017, then randomly divided them into two groups.Routine nursing was performed in the control group. Nursing interventionwas performed in the experimental group. Differences in quality of lifeand quality of sleep of patients with colorectal cancer after interventionwere compared. Results The quality of life and sleep were significantlyhigher in the patients with colorectal cancer than in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For colorectal cancer patients, nursing intervention caneffectively promote their quality of life, and improve their sleep quality.
