老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿的围手术期护理效果分析

Analysis the Perioperative Nursing Effect of Aged Diabetic Patients With Perianal Abscess

目的探讨对老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者实施围术期护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者171例作为本次对比实验观察对象;观察组81例以及对照组90例患者的分组依据为不同的老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿护理方法,比较护理的效果。结果在平均住院时间方面,观察组同对照组老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在合并症护理满意度方面,观察组同对照组老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者,临床通过开展围术期护理干预,对于老年患者合并症的恢复可以发挥促进作用,可以缩短患者的平均住院时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with perianal abscess. Methods 171 patients with perianal abscess and perianal abscess in our hospital were selected as the comparison test subjects. 81 patients in observation group and 90 patients in control group were grouped according to different elderly diabetes mellitus combined with perianal abscess nursing method. Results In the average length of hospital stay,the difference between the observation group and the control group was signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. In terms of the nursing satisfaction, the difference between the observation group and the control group was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly diabetes mellitus merged crissum abscess patients, perioperative nursing intervention can play a significant role in promoting the recovery of elderly patients with complications, shortening the average length of hospital stay.
