康复路径护理在80例脊柱微创手术患者中的应用分析

The Application of Path in Rehabilitation Nursing in 80 Cases With Spinal of Minimally Invasive Surgery Patients

目的探究康复路径护理在改善脊柱微创手术患者术后疼痛情况及预后中的作用。方法选取我院接诊的160例脊柱微创手术患者,随机分为两组,对照组实施一般康复训练指导、心理护理;研究组应用康复路径护理。比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组患者的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组患者的VAS疼痛评分(P<0.05),且研究组患者的术后下床活动时间、术后静脉输液时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复路径护理能降低脊柱微创手术患者术后疼痛感,缩短患者术后恢复时间。

Objective To explore the role of rehabilitation path care in improving the postoperative pain and prognosis of patients with minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods 160 patients with minimally invasive surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with general rehabilitation training and psychological nursing. The study group was treated with rehabilitation path nursing. The nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results The VAS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the time of postoperative bedtime, postoperative infusion time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation path care can significantly reduce the postoperative pain in patients with minimally invasive spine surgery and shorten the recovery time of patients.
