文章立足于中医药事业发展,阐述了医学模式的概念和医学模式发展的情况,分析了"生物-心理-社会"这一现代医学模式下中医药事业的特点,以此为基础阐释了基于该医学模式下中医药事业发展的机遇。最后,提出了中医药事业发展的构想,即以中医药进基层为途径促进全民健康;发展中医药服务体系助力新一轮医药卫生体制改革;发展中医药健康产业;有机融入"一带一路"计划蓝图,使中医药文化走出去;建设中医药事业发展支撑体系。

Revolving around the development of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） cause, the paper expounds the concept and development conditions of medical model, analyzes the characteristics of TCM cause under the modern medical model of ＂biology-psychology-society＂, and interprets the opportunities for TCM cause under this medical model. Finally, the paper puts forward the development conception for TCM cause, that is, boosting public health by bringing TCM into basic medical institutions; developing TCM service system to help the new round of medical and health system reform; developing TCM health industry; organically integrating into the ＂Belt and Road＂ to help TCM culture go out; and building a supporting system for TCM development.
