摘要
借助于医院先进的信息化平台,我院研发了全院全员职业道德电子档案及全院全员职业道德考核信息系统,通过汇集各个行政职能部门及相关业务科室定性指标和量化指标以及准确、实时、可追溯的管理信息,建立了较为科学、客观、公正、开放式的职业道德考核信息系统,从而真实地记录和评价了全体员工职业道德的行为及考核结果,动态地反映了每一名医务人员的职业道德、工作作风和精神面貌。该系统的应用有利于加强我院职业道德建设工作,对医务人员职业道德素养的提高起到了规范有效的激励和约束作用,实现了多部门合作的信息流通、共享的可行性,促进了医院各级行政管理的效能提升,有利于我院医、教、研、管理等各项事业的健康发展。
By virtue of the advanced information platform, the hospital researched and developed the electronic professional ethics records and a relatively scientifc, objective, fair, and open professional ethics assessment information system for all staff by collecting the qualitative and quantitative indicators and accurate, real-time, and traceable management information of all administrative functional departments and relevant business departments, thereby faithfully recording and evaluating the professional ethical behaviors and assessment results of all staff and dynamically refecting the professional ethics, work style, and mental outlook of every medical worker. The application of this system is benefcial to enhancing the development of professional ethics of the hospital. It plays an effective stimulating and restraining role in improving the professional ethics of medical personnel, realizes the feasibility of information exchange and sharing in multi-department cooperation, and promotes the increase of administrative management effciency at various levels, thus being conducive to the healthy development of the hospital's undertakings of medical treatment, education, research, and management.
