沈阳市679名糖尿病患者就诊现状和意向的调查分析

Survey and analysis on the medical treatment status and will of 679 diabetic patients in Shenyang City

目的了解沈阳市糖尿病患者就诊现状与意向,以期为医疗卫生部门制定相关政策提供参考。方法抽取沈阳市5家三级甲等医院679名糖尿病门诊患者,对他们进行分级诊疗问卷调查,了解其就诊现状与意向。结果共回收有效问卷637份,有效率为93.8%,其中仅有不到10%的糖尿病患者选择在基层医院首诊之后再到三级医院医治;近70%的患者病情并不严重,应该首选基层医院进行治疗。结论应加强宣传工作,通过提高基层医院技术水平,对基层医院进行政策支持及予以财政补贴等方式,结合地区经济发展状况开展分级诊疗工作。

Objective The paper aims to know the medical treatment status and will of diabetic patients in Shenyang City with a view to provide reference for medical and health departments during the formulation of relevant policies. Method 679 diabetic outpatients were sampled from 5 Grade-A Class-3 hospitals in Shenyang for questionnaire survey on hierarchical medical system in order to know their medical treatment status and will. Result 637 valid questionnaires were collected, with a validity rate of 93.8%. 10% of the diabetic patients selected to frst receive initial diagnosis in a grass-roots hospital and then go to a class-3 hospital for treatment; the conditions of nearly 70% of the patients were not serious, so they should frst go to grass-roots hospitals for treatment. Conclusion Publicity should be enhanced, and hierarchical medical system should be implemented in combination with local economic development by improving the technical level of grass-roots hospitals and giving policy support and fscal subsidies to them.
