摘要
通过对医院2012年~2016年的重点学(专)科建设、科研立项课题、论文与获奖等方面进行比较和分析,发现医院科研工作中存在科研项目获批来源单一且层次较低;未充分利用优势资源;市级临床重点专科多而不强且缺乏真正的省级临床重点专科;卫技人员的科研积极性不高;医院整体论文和高质量论文数量不多等问题。针对上述问题与薄弱环节,提出加强与高校、科研院所合作,提高高层次课题的中标率;加强顶层设计,完善医院的正向激励、奖励的制度及制定院级科研项目申报、评审制度等建议。
Through comparison and analysis on the establishment of key disciplines (specialized departments) and the approved and initiated subjects, papers, and awards of scientific researches of the hospital from 2012 to 2016, it's found that the following problems exist in the scientifc research work of the hospital monotony and low level of approval source of scientifc research projects; under-utilization of advantageous resources; large number but poor capability of key clinical specialized departments at municipal level and shortage of genuine ones at provincial level; health technical personnel's lack of enthusiasm for scientifc research; and small quantity of papers, as well as high-quality papers, of the hospital. Aiming at these problems and weak links, the paper puts forward such suggestions as strengthening the cooperation with colleges, universities, and scientifc research institutions, increasing the bid-winning rate of high-level subjects, enhancing top design, improving the hospital's positive incentive and reward system, and laying down an application and review system for scientifc research projects at hospital level.
