摘要
目的观察与探究含漱利多卡因胶浆联合利多卡因气管滴药在电子支气管镜检查中的应用。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月期间于该院就诊及接受电子支气管镜检查的100例患者作为研究对象,按照麻醉方法不同分为两组,每组各有50例患者,对对照组患者给予雾化吸入利多卡因,对观察组患者给予含漱利多卡因胶浆联合利多卡因气管滴药,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的麻醉优良率(94.00%)与对照组患者(80.00%)相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的平均麻醉评分、麻醉时的不良反应例数分别为(7.95±1.03)分、3例,与对照组患者的(20.02±2.60)分、10例相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的满意度(94.00%)与对照组患者(72.00%)相对比,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在电子支气管镜检查中应用含漱利多卡因胶浆联合利多卡因气管滴药的效果较好。
Objective This paper tries to observe and explore the application of rinse lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage combined with lidocaine tracheal droplet in electronic bronchoscopy. Methods 100 patients who were admitted in this hospital and accepted the electronic bronchoscopy from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia methods, with 50 patients in each group, the patients in the control group were treated with atomized inhalation of l idocaine, the observation group was given rinse lidocaine hydrochloride mu-cilage combined with lidocaine tracheal droplet, and then the curative effect of the two groups were contrasted and an-alyzed. Results Good an es thesia rate of the observation group was 94 .00%, and that of the control group was 80.00%, the difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05), the average anaesthesia score and the adverse reactions in anes-thesia in the observation group were respectively(7.95±1.03)points and three cases, and those of the control group was (20.02±2.60)points and ten cases, the difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05), satisfaction degree of the ob-servation group was 94.00% and that of the control group was 72.00%, the difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of rinse lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage combined with lidocaine tracheal droplet is remarkable.
