孕期健康教育对降低初产妇剖宫产率的效果评价

Effect of Health Education during Pregnancy on Reducing Cesarean Section Rate in Primipara

目的分析孕期健康教育对降低初产妇剖宫产率的效果。方法选取该院2015年5月—2017年3月产检的125名初产妇为研究对象,通过对照原则将其分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组62名,不对其进行任何干预。观察组63名,进行健康教育。对两组初产妇健康知识掌握情况、分娩方式、满意度等进行观察、对比。结果对照组初产妇健康知识掌握优良者27名,概率为43.5%;观察组初产妇健康知识掌握优良者35名,概率分别是55.6%;两组初产妇在优良健康知识掌握水平方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对照组初产妇产钳分娩5名,剖宫产分娩28名,自然分娩29名,概率分别是8.0%、45.2%、46.8%;观察组初产妇无产钳分娩,剖宫产分娩18名,自然分娩45名,概率分别是0.0%、28.6%、71.4%;两组产妇在产钳分娩、剖宫产分娩、自然分娩方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对初产妇孕期加强健康教育,能够使初产妇剖宫产分娩概率明显降低,对初产妇分娩过程中健康知识掌握水平提升具有一定的促进作用,值得院方推广与临床应用。

Objective This p ap er tries to analyze the effect of heal th education during pregnancy on reducing cesarean section rate in primipara. Methods 125 primiparas from May 2015 to March 2017 in the hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the control principle. There were 62 cases in the control group, without any intervention. 63 cases in the observation group were given health education. The heal th knowledge, delivery mode and satisfaction degree of two groups were observed and compared. Results 27 cases were excellent in grasping maternal heal th knowledge in the control group, accounting for 43.5%; 35 cases were excellent in obtaining maternal health knowledge in the observation group, accounting for 55.6%; there was statist ical ly significant difference in the two groups of primipara at the level of good grasping of heal th knowledge （P〈 0.05）; 5 cases of primipara in the control group of prenatal delivery, 28 cases of cesarean section, 29 cases of natural childbirth, accounting for 8.0%, 45.2%, 46.8% respectively; no case in the observation group of prenatal delivery, 18 cases of cesarean section, 45 cases of natural childbirth, accounting for 0.0%,28.6%,71.4% respectively; the two groups had statistically significant differences in the production of prenatal delivery, cesarean delivery, natural delivery （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the heal th education of primipara during pregnancy can decrease the c esarean delivery probability of primiparaous, playing a significant role in primipara’s grasping of heal th knowledge during childbirth, so it is worth promotion and clinical application.
