浅谈自然分娩产妇的会阴保护的护理模式及效果

Discussion on the Nursing Mode and Effect of Perineum Protection of Natural Childbirth

目的浅谈自然分娩产妇的会阴保护的护理模式及效果。方法随机选取该院从2015年8月—2016年5月收治的60例自然分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照住院顺序将患者分为2组,研究组对会阴保护进行全方位护理措施,对照组予以常规护理,比较2组产妇的护理满意度、会阴撕裂伤切口愈合完好率、感染率和第二产程时间。结果与对照组相比,研究组产妇的护理满意度(89.99±9.11)分和会阴撕裂伤切口愈合完好率(93.33%)均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组产妇的感染率(6.67%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组和研究组产妇的第二产程时间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在自然分娩产妇的会阴保护中实施全方位护理措施,可以有效提高产妇的护理满意度,降低产后感染率,促进会阴撕裂伤切口愈合,且不会延长产程时间,值得在临床护理学中推广。

Objective This paper tries to discuss the nursing mode and effect of perineum protection for natural delivery women. Methods 60 cases of natural childbirth puerpera admitted in hospital from August 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order of hospitalization, the study group adopted comprehensive nursing measures on protection of perineum, the control group received routine nursing, and then the maternal nursing satisfaction, laceration of perineum incision intact rate and the infection rate and the time of the second stage of labor of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, nursing satisfac-tion of the study group was （89.99±9.11）points and laceration of perineum incision intact rate was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance（ P〈0.05）; Compared with the control group, the maternal infection rate in the study group was 6.67%, significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; No statistically significant differences in the second stage of labor existed between the two groups （ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures in natural childbirth maternal perineal protection can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of maternal postpartum, reduce infection rate, promote perineal laceration wound healing, and will not extend the duration of labor, is worthy of clinical promotion in nursing.
