摘要
提出农民工需求层次进阶是其劳资冲突行为选择的微观心理动机,并将需求动机拓展为生存动机需求、社会角色需求、发展需求与精神价值需求的四层次需求模型。通过广东顺德的企业调查,将相关变量进行因子分析,将农民工劳资冲突行为选择的内生性动因归为四个主因子:生存动机需求因子、社会角色需求因子、发展需求因子与精神价值需求因子。通过神经网络判别发现,不同层次的需求对农民工劳资冲突行为选择的影响重要程度不同,其中社会角色需求对农民工劳资冲突行为选择最为重要,其次为生存动机需求和发展需求,而精神价值需求的重要性最小。
According to hierarchy of needs theory and satisfaction criterion theory, this study reputed that migrant workers, advanced level of needs causes their pursuit of a higher satisfaction goal, which becomes the main endogenous force of their labor conflict selection. Through the descriptive statistics results of survey data in Shunde,we found that migrant workers more prefer complaints within the system in labor dispute at the present stage. After factor analysis of selected variables, the endogenous forces of migrant workers, labor conflicts selection has been attributed into four main factors: survival demand, social role demand, developing demand and spiritual values demand based on ERG theory. Through Artificial Neural Network(ANN) analysis, we found different level of needs had different influence level on migrant workers, labor conflict selection, where social roles demand had the greatest impact, followed by survival and developing demand,as the spiritual values had the least impact.
