He-Ne激光结合丹参对类风湿关节炎模型大鼠治疗的研究

Study on He-Ne Laser Combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Model Rats

研究He-Ne激光结合丹参对类风湿关节炎大鼠的治疗效果,以期为临床风湿病治疗提供参考依据。将40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,分别是A空白对照组、B模型组、C激光治疗组、D丹参治疗组和E丹参结合激光治疗组。除A空白对照组外,通过对其余各组大鼠注射鸡Ⅱ型胶原诱导后,成功建立了大鼠类风湿关节炎模型,分别给予对应的治疗,并分析各处理组大鼠大体情况、关节的肿胀度、评分及足踝关节X光片。研究表明:(1)与对照组相比,各处理组的大鼠类风湿关节炎评分、脚掌厚度均不同程度升高且有显著差异,其中模型组的最高,丹参结合激光治疗组最低,其余两组均降低且无显著差异;(2)X片显示:模型组大鼠关节出现了严重的骨质吸收、溶解、关节面融合,关节间隙变窄,关节基本损毁;丹参结合激光组可显著保留关节结构并使其免受侵蚀,而其余两组效果比丹参结合激光组稍弱一些。(3)与对照组相比,各处理组类风湿因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子及肿瘤坏死因子均升高,且有显著差异;与模型组相比,各药物组大鼠类风湿因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子及肿瘤坏死因子均有所降低,且均具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中下降最明显的是He-Ne激光结合丹参治疗组。表明He-Ne激光结合丹参,能有效控制和改善类风湿关节炎大鼠的病情发展,具有良好的治疗效果。

To study the Salvia miltiorrhizacombined with laser in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis rat model induced by chicken Ⅱ collagen,to provide the reference for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in clinic,forty healthy male Wistar rats were divided into five groups randomiy,A is blank control group,B is model group,C is He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation treatment group,D is Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group,E is He-Ne laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group.Except the blank control group,the rats in the other groups were injected with the chickenⅡ collagen to induce rat rheumatoid arthritis model.The general situation,ankle swelling degree,X slices were measured and the scores of rats were judged.The results showed that:(1)The score of rat rheumatoid arthritis and measurement of foot sole thickness:comparing with the blank control group,the score and thickness of the feet in model group of rheumatoid arthritis rats were highest,but the the Salvia miltiorrhizacombined with laser were lowest,the anther two groups were declined but no statistically difference;(2)X slices hows:it was showed severe soft tissue swelling and bone absorption in model group.It was prevented erosion in Salvia miltiorrhiza with laser group,and which was weaker in Salvia miltiorrhizalow and high dose groups.(3)Compared with the blank group,the RF,VEGF and TNF-αin the rats of each drug group were all increased in medicine group and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the model group,the increases of RF,VEGF and TNF-αin the rats of each drug group were all decreased and the difference was statistically significant,Among them,the most obvious decline was He-Ne laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhizatreatment group.Salvia miltiorrhizacombined with laser can effectively control the progress of rheumatoid arthritis in rats,and has the therapeutic effect.
