摘要
通过对江西农业大学花卉盆景基地30个半同胞家系1 a生苗生长性状的调查研究,分析其生长性状变异。结果表明:圆齿野鸦椿家系间苗高、生物量、净光合速率、SPAD值存在极显著差异,具有较高的遗传改良潜力;经主成分分析与聚类分析将7个生长性状综合成4个主成分因子,其累积贡献率达88.11%,将30个家系划分为5大类,并初步选出29~#、26~#、14~#、27~#、25~#、28~#等6个圆齿野鸦椿优良家系。
Based on the investigation on the growth of 30-year-old half-sib families of Euscaphis konishii in the flower bonsai base of Jiangxi Agricultural University,the growth trait variation of the families were analyzed.The results showed that: there were significant difference in height,biomass,photosynthetic rate and SPAD value; in addition,there was great poteutial of genetic improvement in height,biomass,photosynthetic rate and SPAD value.The PCA results showed that the 7 traits were synthesized into 4 principal components which accounted for 88.11% of the total variation. 30 families were divided into 5 categories through cluster analysis,and optimal families,which were 29~#,26~#,14~#,27~#,25~#,28~#,were selected.
