Thinking on the optimization of practice teaching management in Independent Colleges

针对独立学院特点,结合教学实践,分析独立学院实践教学管理的现状,提出实践教学管理的优化原则,即方向性、特色性、匹配性、激励性、时效性。并主要从实践教学管理认识、实践教学管理队伍、实践教学质量监控、实践教学档案管理几个方面提出优化措施。

According to the characteristics of independent college,combining the teaching practice,this paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching management in independent colleges,and puts forward the optimization principles—orientation,characteristic,matching,motivation and timeliness. This paper also puts forward the optimization measures for the practice teaching management understanding,practice teaching management team,practice teaching quality control,and practice teaching file management.
