摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)自动质量控制的方法,在线给出纵向和横向质量控制评估报告的磁共振成像检测和控制系统。方法:按照MRI系统测试标准,基于Matlab和C++语言编程构建包括客户平台和远程线上平台的软件系统,客户平台使用形态学运算、图像分割和模式识别技术,实现对磁共振扫描质量控制体模所得图像的信噪比、对比度等13个质量控制参数的自动计算。远程线上平台基于MySQL数据库格式存储并上传测试报告,线上平台建立基于本机、同型号机型和同类机型的月测试和年测试线上大数据平台,纵向和横向比较后自动生成线上评估质量控制报告。结果:MRI质量控制测试系统经过对50台不同区域、型号和类别MRI实际质量控制工作验证,得到准确的测试和评估报告。系统可以进行13个质量控制参数的常规自动测算和报告生成,运行稳定可靠。结论:设计和完成能够自动计算图像质量并进行质量控制评估的软件系统,能够为MRI质量控制提供一种测试长期和短期稳定性的可靠工具。
Objective To explore the methods of automatic quality control of magneticresonance imaging (MRI), and research the system of detection and control which can provideonline assessment report of quality control about results of axis and landscape orientation.Methods: As the testing standards of MRI, the software system that included of clientplatform and remote online platform was constructed by using MATLAB and C++. Theclient platform used morphological algorithm, picture segmentation and pattern recognitiontechnique to achieve automatic calculation for 13 kinds of quality control parameters ofpicture, such as signal-noise ratio, contrast ratio and so on, which obtained from quality control phantom of MRI.The remote online platform saved and uploaded test report through used the format of MySQL database, and it wasbuilt on the basis of online big data platform that included local machine, same model machine and the same kind ofmachine (monthly test and annual test). And then, the quality control report of online assessment was automaticallygenerated after results of axis and landscape orientation was compared. Results: After the system was verified byactual quality control of 50 MRI from various area, model and category, the accuracy testing and assessment reportswere obtained. And the system could implement routine automatic calculation and report generation of 13 qualitycontrol parameters, and its operation was stable and reliable. Conclusion: The software system, which was designedand applied to automatically calculate image quality and carry out assessment of quality control, can provide areliable tool for testing stability of long and short term for quality control of MRI.
