摘要 目的:设计无线生命体征监测系统,实现可穿戴式和无线传输,提高医疗救治的有效性和准确性。方法:采用传感器集成模块,采集血氧饱和度、心电、体温、血压和呼吸等生命体征参数,以STM32为主控制器进行数据处理,并通过无线传输模块将采集的数据发送到中央监测系统上,实时监测患者的生理状态。结果:经过测试,无线生命体征监测系统可以及时监测患者的生命状态信息,及时了解患者是否疲劳、寒冷及恐惧等不良状态,为医务人员制定治疗方案和手术决策提供科学依据。结论:无线生命体征监测系统适合患者在运动过程中体征监测的应用。 Objective To design a wireless vital signs monitoring system so as to achievewearable and wireless transmission of monitoring system and increase the efficiency andaccuracy of medical rescue. Methods: The integrated module of sensor was applied to collectseries of vital sign parameters including oxyhemoglobin saturation, electrocardiograph,temperature, blood pressure, breathing and so on. STM32 was used as main controller toimplement data processing, and then the collected data were sent to central monitoring systemthrough wireless transmission module so as to constantly monitoring the physiological status ofpatients. Results: The test results showed that the wireless vital sign monitoring system couldmonitoring vital status information of patients in time, and could understand whether patientswere in badness status, such as fatigue, cold, fear and so on in time, and could provide scientificbasis for medical staff on therapeutic plan and surgical decision. Conclusion: The wireless vitalsign monitoring system fits to be applied in movement process of patient for monitoring their vital sign.
