摘要
目的:对行锝-99标记的二乙三胺五乙酸(^(99)Tc^m-DTPA)单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)肾动态显像患者周围剂量率进行研究,为保证患者周围公众人员辐射安全提供数据依据。方法:对109例肾动态显像患者周围剂量率进行研究,在患者注射放射性药物后的不同时间,在距患者不同距离处测量剂量率,分析剂量率随时间和距离的变化。结果:在肾动态显像患者注射放射性药物后0.5 h、1 h、2 h、3 h、6 h和7 h时,从距患者4 m到0.5 m处的剂量率分别为:0.76~8.86μSv/h、0.68~7.27μSv/h、0.57~4.52μSv/h、0.56~3.90μSv/h、0.23~2.07μSv/h和0.21~1.05μSv/h,注射后24 h时,距患者各距离处的剂量率均为本底。结论:肾动态显像患者周围剂量率会随时间和距离快速降低;当注射放射性药物24 h以后,患者周围的剂量率降为本底。
Objective To study the radiation dose rate around patients underwent renaldynamic imaging of SPECT with 99Tcm-DTPA, so as to provide the basis for ensuring theradiation safety of the surrounding environment and the general public. Methods: 109patients who underwent renal dynamic imaging were enrolled in this study, and the radiationdose rates of different time and different distance after 99Tcm-DTPA was injected patients weremeasured. And then, the changes of dose rate following time and distance were analyzed.Results: At the 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 6 h, and 7 h after radiopharmaceuticals were injectedpatients underwent renal dynamic imaging, the radiation dose rates were 0.76-8.86 μSv/h, 0.68-7.27 μSv/h, 0.57-4.52 μSv/h, 0.56-3.90 μSv/h, 0.23-2.07 μSv/h and 0.21-1.05 μSv/h, respectively, between0.5 m and 4 m away from patients. At 24 h after radiopharmaceuticals were injected, all of radiation dose rates atdifferent distances around patients were same with background values. Conclusion: The radiation dose rates aroundpatients underwent renal dynamic imaging will rapidly decrease with the increasing of time and distance. At 24 hafter radiopharmaceuticals were injected, all of radiation dose rates at different distances away from patients weresame with background values.
