摘要
霍尔锚是无杆锚的典型代表,广泛使用在中小型船舶上,其强度和疲劳特性的高低直接关系到船舶的安全.以C型60 kg霍尔锚为例,通过建立该锚的受力分配模型,结合有限元分析对其进行静力学、疲劳分析.结果表明:霍尔锚的结构强度、刚度、寿命均满足规范GB/T 548-1996中锚的拉力试验的要求.
The Hall anchor is a representative of the stockless anchor, widely used in small and medium ships, and strength and fatigue characteristics of the Hall anchor is directly related to the safety of the ship. In the stud-y, a 60 kg C Hall anchor is taken as an example, the stress distribution model of the anchor is established, and the statics and fatigue are analyzed by the finite element analysis. The results show that Hall's structural strength, rigidity and life meet the requirements of the tensile test of the anchor in the anchor technology condi-tion of GB/T 548 -1996.
