摘要
利用TiO_2纳米颗粒为晶种,在200℃的水溶液中制备了规则的TiO_2纳米棒阵列.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)表征了一维棒状纳米材料的晶相结构、物相组成、形貌和光学性质.通过改变实验条件,进一步对TiO_2纳米棒阵列的晶相结构及形貌进行了可调控探究.结果表明:通过改变反应时间、水热温度、生长液配比等因素,能够有效调整TiO_2纳米棒的疏密程度、大小、规则度及物相组成.文中制备的各种单相或混相TiO_2纳米棒阵列材料在光催化领域具有十分重要的应用价值.
Preparation of the orderly shaped TiO 2 nanorod arrays w ith T iO2 nanoparticles asseed layeris in the a-queous solution at 200 ° C . The s truc ture, crystal phase, morphology and op t ical property o f the prepared nanorod arrays were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (S EM ) , X - ray diffraction spectrum (X R D ) and UV-visible spectroscopy. We fur ther adjust crystal-phase structure and morphology of T iO 2 nanorod arrays by changing the experimental condi t ions,and have found that we can effect ively adjust density, size, and physical phase of the TiO2 nanorodsby varying the reaction time , the hydro thermal temperature, growth liquid ratio and other factors. Soavariety of single-phase or mixed phase of T iO 2 nanorod arrayspreparedin this paper has very important value in light catalysis.
