摘要 根据电寿命试验和短时耐受电流能力试验国家标准和具体试验原理以及本单位的实际试验环境,提出了低压电器大容量试验站网络化控制系统的整体设计思路,采用了以CC-Link现场总线及以太网技术为基础建设网络平台,通过组态王软件设计操作界面、PLC为下位机的监控系统.工控机和PLC相互配合,使用户对实验过程进行可靠控制,对试验相关开关的合分闸和保护分动作进行合理搭配.实践表明,该控制系统在低压电器试验室的建设中有较高的实用价值和良好的推广前景,是一种切实可行的方案. Based on the national standard of electrical endurance test and short-time withstand current capability test,a network control system is proposed of low voltage electrical test station in current test environment. In this system,a network platform is built by using CC-Link field bus and Ethernet technology. Operation interface is designed by using Kingview,with PLC supervising the lower computer. With co-operating of IPC and PLC,clients' reliable control of the experiment process,as well as a reasonable arrangement of trial-related switch subgate with protection of operation,is achieved. Practice shows that the control system has a high practical value and good promotion prospects in the construction of low-voltage electrical laboratory. It is a practical solution.
