桑叶粉添加量对獭兔脂质代谢和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 桑叶中含有多种活性物质,有降血脂和抗氧化功效.文中以獭兔为研究对象,设置了5个桑叶粉添加量(0,5%,10%,15%,20%),检测了獭兔血清和肝脏样品中脂质代谢相关酶的活性和代谢产物,研究了桑叶粉的添饲效果.结果表明,在桑叶粉添加量≤15%时,血清T-CHO、TG和LDL-C呈下降趋势(P≥0.05),添饲桑叶粉组獭兔肝脏SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活力则随添加量增加而升高;20%桑叶粉添加量组SOD活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),GSH-Px活力极显著高于5%和10%添加量组(P<0.01),CAT活力极显著高于5%添加量组(P<0.01);10%~20%添加组肝脏蛋白含量显著少于对照组,且添加量越高蛋白含量越少(P<0.05);H2O2和MDA含量随桑叶粉添加量的增加有升高趋势(P≥0.05).添饲桑叶粉(5%~20%)能显著增强獭兔肝脏的抗氧化酶活性,但15%以内的添加量不能显著降低健康獭兔的血脂,而添加量≥15%则又不利于肝脏消除自由基. Mulberry leaf contains a variety of active substances,which can reduce blood lipid and have antioxidant effect. Rex rabbits were used in the research and five graded levels of mulberry leaves were set between 0% to 20%. Rabbit serum and liver samples were analyzed in the lipid metabolism related enzyme activity and metabolite. Results showed that serum T-CHO,TG and LDL-C had a decreasing trend as additive increases( ≤15%,P≥0. 05). Liver SOD,GSH-Px and CAT activity increased with the increase of additive. The activity of SOD of the 20% additive group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 0. 05),and the GSH-Px activity was significantly higher than that of 5% and 10% dosage group( P 0. 01),CAT activity significantly higher than 5% dosage group( P 0. 01). Pro. content of liver was significantly lower than that of the control group when additive amounts was 10% ~ 20%,and the higher the additive amount,the less the Pro. content( P 0. 05). H_2O_2 and MDA contents had an increasing trend with increasing of additives. This study suggests that adding mulberry leaf powder in feed( 5% ~ 20%) can effectively enhance the activity of antioxidantenzymes in rabbit liver and the effect of decrease blood lipid in healthy rabbits is not significant( 15%). It is not conducive to the liver to eliminate free radicals when additive amount≥15%.
