非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者应用剂量调整EPOCH方案或CHOP方案的治疗效果及不良反应

Observation of Non-Specific Type of Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Patients with Dose Adjustment EPOCH Program or CHOP Program Treatment and Adverse Reactions

目的观察非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者应用剂量调整EPOCH方案或CHOP方案的治疗效果及不良反应,以为外周T细胞淋巴瘤的治疗提供合理化方案。方法采用临床资料抽查法,对120例2010—2016年收治的非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者进行抽调,按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,两组各60例,对照组应用CHOP方案治疗,观察组应用调整剂量的EPOCH方案,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率76.67%(46/60)与对照组相比70.00%(42/60),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应的发生率为23.33%(14/60)与对照组不良反应发生率30.00%(18/60),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者应用剂量调整EPOCH方案或CHOP方案治疗效果及不良反应经临床统计分析,差异并不明显,在治疗患者方面,还需要进一步调整治疗方案。

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of EPOCH program or CHOP program in patients with non-specific peripheral T-cell lymphoma, so as to provide a rationalization scheme for the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. MethodsThe clinical data were used to extract 120 cases of non-specific peripheral T-cell lymphoma in our hospital from 2010 to 2016. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with CHOP program. The observation group was treated with the adjusted dose of EPOCH, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%（46/60） compared with the control group 70.00%（42/60）, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 23.33%（14/60） and the control group were 30.00%（18/60）, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. ConclusionNon-specific peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients with dose adjustment EPOCH program or CHOP program treatment and adverse reactions by clinical statistical analysis, the difference is not obvious, in the treatment of patients, but also need to further adjust the treatment program to promote the early recovery of patients..
