摘要 3D打印技术在建筑、航天、汽车工业等领域得到广泛应用。随着生物科技发展,3D打印在生物医学领域中发挥的作用愈加重要。3D生物打印可以将生物材料、细胞和生物活性因子相结合,具有高自由度和分辨率等特点,应用3D生物打印技术制造具有结构和功能的组织器官替代物成为组织工程和再生医学领域的科学前沿和研究热点。 The 3D printing technology has been extensive applied in construction, aerospace, automotive industry and other fields. 3D printing is becoming increasingly important in biomedical field with the development of bio-technology. 3D bio printing, combining biomaterials, cells with bioactive factors, has the advantages of freeform and resolution. It has been the advances of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, which apply the 3D bio printing technology to the fabrication of the tissue/organ substitute. This paper will make a brief review on the concept of 3D bio printer the development and application.
