摘要
图书馆服务正稳步迈入移动互联网时代,微信公众平台为用户提供了一种全新的互动模式与服务体验,给图书馆的读者服务与宣传推广带来重大变革。湖南图书馆微信公众平台的服务效果和影响力在图书馆界非常突出,论文分析了该公众号的主要特色,梳理了运营两年以来的实践与思考,以资同行参考。
Library services are steadily moving into the mobile Internet era. We Chat public platform provided users with a new interactive mode and service experience, which bring significant changes to the library reader service and promotion. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of this public number, combs the practice and thinking of the operation for two years so as to supply reference for the colleague.
