石油高校图书馆联盟学科馆员服务研究

The Research on the Subject Librarian Service Based on the Petroleum University Library Consortium

由于图书馆的人力资源、文献资源匮乏等问题,使得图书馆在开展学科服务时遇到困难。图书馆应该利用图书馆联盟这样的平台,利用联盟中各馆的文献资源和人力资源开展学科服务。通过对联盟的有机整合,在联盟内建立合作与共享制度、开展多层次的学科服务、构建服务网络平台、建立学科馆员认证机制,实现开展学科服务的目标。

In the course of service,the library has encountered the problems such as human resources and lack of literature resources,which makes it impossible for the library to carry out the subject service.The libraries should make use of the platform of library alliance,and use each library’s literature resources and human resources to carry out the subject service.Through the organic integration of the alliance,we should establish cooperation and sharing system in the alliance,carry out multilevel discipline service,construct the platform of service network,establish the certification mechanism of subject librarian and so on,so as to achieve the purpose of the development of subject services.
