This paper explores the Multicultural Children＇s Book Project proposed by Korean National Library for Children and Young Adults, and focuses the construction of multilingual collection, portal content organization and interactive interface design. It points out that in order to develop multicultural children＇s reading service, domestic libraries need to focus on the traditional cultural promotion, the construction of multilingual collection, and the resource co-construction and sharing, using new media to promote children＇s digital reading.
