The Visualization Analysis of Domestic Knowledge Service Research Based on CSSCI Data(1999-2015)

论文利用Citespace工具绘制知识图谱,分析出国内知识服务研究的发展演进、空间分布、研究热点与前沿,认为研究热点主要集中在知识管理、知识组织、知识创新和信息服务方面,未来的研究方向将主要以技术、管理和服务为主,研究重心将逐渐从宏观理论转向微观应用。

This paper analyzes the evolution, spatial distribution, research hotspots and frontiers of the knowledge service by the knowledge map using Citespace tools. The results show that the main research hotspots are knowledge management, knowledge organization, knowledge innovation and information service. The future research direction will be mainly based on technology, management and service, and the research focus will gradually shift from the macro theory to the micro application.
